Today’s service was a communion service. Also, Pastor Marks started a Lenten sermon series on the hard sayings of Jesus. This morning he spoke on the words “Take Up Your Cross”.

Finally getting caught up. Due to a medical problem with my father, I have been unable to post services. He is doing better, and I’m getting caught up with things. Here are the last three services.

Today we welcome our new interim pastor, Rev. Donald Marks, to our church. He will be our pastor until a permanent appointment is made in June.

Today was the last service for our Pastor, Rev. Deborah Kauffman. She will be serving as a hospice chaplain in Pennsylvania. Good luck, Pastor Kauffman, and know that we will miss you at our church.

Today is the fourth Sunday of Advent. In a few days we will celebrate Christmas and the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. On Christmas Eve we will have a service with a program by the children of our church and candle lighting. The service will be at 7PM. Please join us and celebrate this joyous event.
